There is plenty to do in and around Laugharne with beaches and coastal walks, trekking, biking, surfing or just relaxing in a coffee shop with a good book. Maybe you prefer to potter around craft shops or enjoy viewing paintings by local artists. Laugharne offers something for everyone.

As well as the Common Walk (above) there are loads of walks in and around Laugharne. Close by the Cottage is St Martins Woods. Also within minutes walk you are on signed County footpaths. A short trip away and you have the
Pembrokeshire Coastal Path -Amroth.
This part of the Welsh coast offers a huge range of water and beach activities from surfing to sand castles. There are a wealth of beaches with fishing, rock pooling, sailing, surfing and scenery. Llandysul (about 30 minutes away) has a Kayak centre offering half day and day courses on the river learning to kayak visit:
